1) Player asks Dylan who he is, Dylan responds in a happy but self-deprecating manner.
2) Player tells Dylan he fixed one of his computer parts. Dylan is ecstatic and grateful.
3) Player asks how Dylan feels about the Legion, a powerful faction of slavers. Dylan makes it quite obvious he despises them.
Who am I? I'm nobody significant. I'm just an old man living in a decrepit gas station, tinkering with machines and whatnot.
