An old grizzled veteran. His old home was destroyed in the war and his new one is being destroyed by bandits. He's taking matters into his own hands and plans on mounting a resistance on his own since the king is unwilling to help.
[Determined and fed up. He's trying to rally the people to mount an attack against the bandits.] They call themselves men of the people, yet they come here and steal from us! What does that make us? Goats? *waits for laughs/claps* Brothers and sisters, sons and daughters. Many of us here fought in the Third War. We lost our lives, our homes, our families. And now these so called band of revolutionaries want to come here and attack us? They're so green the horde almost made one of them a warchief. *waits for laughs* If stormwind won't send people to protect us, then we will do it ourselves!
