Appearance: Snakekin-humanoid of regal bearing has their hair up and wears a gold tiara/crown. They are wrapped in a cloak of black, white, and gold snake scales, bearing a design like the spectacle markings on a king cobra.
Personality: Highly intelligent and charismatic. A psychopathic individual who is mainly concerned with gaining power and will kill anyone they see as competition. Despite their ruthless nature, they are a somewhat cowardly individual, more likely to run away from violence than confront it.
Wants: To keep running their underground mischievous operations with the Bear nation. Keep the Eagle and Lion nations fooled. To fight and keep up the war as a smokescreen. Cause trouble for other nations, but pin it on another nation to keep them at each other's throats. To take advantage of Bear and their resources so that they may take over Bear nation.
