Azelf is an opportunist. She'll jump once she's given the chance to do so, and she'll drag some people with her. She's also prone to boasting about how strong she is (And for a Legendary 'mon, it's not very surprising), and she knows it. Because she's also into music, she'll sometimes play with her axe to mellow out... or blow some steam violently. So her voice is something along the lines of that.
