He is the main protagonist of the series. He is a normal Japanese student with a part-time job, has a home (his parents') and is a virgin, with all the dreams and feelings that young people have. His parents are temporarily away (working abroad), and he can only watch helplessly as Ms. Smith remodels his parents' house over and over again to accommodate each newcomer. He seems to excel at certain household chores and activities (his cooking is so good that the liminal girls living with him put on weight, and he proves to be quite skillful with needle, thread and sewing machine).

No offence, but it sounds like you're just reading the lines, besides the last line, and that's the only line I hear any kind of emotion in at all, but even at that, I don't believe your voice would suit this character.
Wait what? how do I sound like I'm just reading the lines and without emotions? Well I am a monotone person, but I never audition by just reading the lines. Also, you do know that he is a very mature person at times.
For some parts, yes he is, but for the most part he's voice is filled with energy, may it be panic or worry, there is always an emotional tone to his voice. I'm sorry if you don't agree with my feed back, but I'm just being completely honest here.
