Of all the members, she tends to be the most logical one and to a certian degree is the heart of the band. She attempts to be the most perfessional of the members but also never really gets full out "angry". Annoyed at times, but not angry. She clearly has the most musical knowledge of all the members, as she writes most of the music, and can play the most instruments (she plays the stand up bass on several songs).
That being said though, she probably tends to be the ones that forgets or overlooks things the easiest or can sometimes be outright oblivious. Also, when one listens to the lyrics of the songs that she supposedly wrote the lyrics to, they're by far the most psycadellic, implying that she might possibly do the most drugs of the members, but is just the best at not showing it.
Remember: I want the characters to sound as natural as possible. This doesn't mean you have to use your natural voice, but the reactions and way they say things need to sound as genuine and believable as possible.
[She's been filming the band recording session and is putting it goether like a mini documentary. Claw shows up late to a recording session and she goes outside to greet him. She also accidentally keeps the camera rolling.]
Shannon: It's fine, your not that late, and- (pauses and sniffs loudly) Wait a second... is that... did you...?
Claw: Yeah, why?
Shannon: (Clearly angry but says it in a very restrained quiet way, think Han Solo's delivery of "That's not how the force works!") Wha- Wh- WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT NOW????
[A few lines later, Shannon has calmed down a bit but still sounds a tiny bit annoyed]
Claw: Y'all need to chill. I'll be fine... what's that camera for and is it camera rolling?
Shannon: Um... (looks at it) Yeah it is. I thought it'd be cool to make a small documenary of us recording the songs.
Claw: Sounds cool but if you upload it, make sure you cut this part out, alright?
Shannon: Yeah, don't worry, I won't forget.
[The joke being that the videos been uploaded to their channel so she clearly forgot]
{This takes place after witnessing a drunk Tristen failing to flirt with someone. Shannon is sober at this point. She finds what happens amusing but after seeing Tristen look genuinely embarassed she starts to sound a bit more sympathic.)
Shannon: (Not quite laughing but clearly amused) Wow. I haven't seen something so smooth in a long time.
Tristen: Oh, shut up. It's not that funny. (Looks really deoressed). I don't remember what just happened but what I DO remember is that it's not funny!
Shannon: (more caring) Come on, you barely look like you can operate. I think you should probably call it for the night. You should probably drink some water. (Looks at him struggling to keep balanced) A lot of water.
(These are instructions, don't send me you saying the following) Just have a sample of you singing to any instrumental version of a song.Just to give me a basic idea of what your singing voice sounds like. If you make up a voice for the character dialogue, preferably just use your natural singing voice for this.
