While not much is shown about him, KITE KID enjoys flying his kite and believes that his bond with it is what makes him unbeatable in battle. Even if he gets defeated, KITE KID will only believe that the weather is why he and his kite can't defeat the party.

KITE KID is... well... a kid. His tone should reflect that. Additionally, KITE KID is a semi-melancholic, low energy character. His lines should be said with a bit of wistfulness.
