Percival is the cinnamon bun of class 1B, he's naive, trusting and easily persuaded. Although, it always seems he has a good idea up his sleeve.

Quirk : He can control and talk to plants. However, if he uses this power too much, he may start to get hallucinations having to do with plants.

  • "You people are the reason climate change exists." (Here, he sounds more whiny than irritated. Not whiny like a child, but joking.)

  • "LISTEN TO THE DAMN ROSE BUSH." (Everyone is shouting over each other and one of his plants are trying to speak to him.)
