Installments: All except for Deathly Hallows part 1
For the first two installments, Dumbledore will resemble the Richard Harris portrayal of the character. Starting with the Prisoner of Azkaban, he will resemble the Michael Gambon portrayal. I'd like the same voice actor to cover both versions. There are many points when the Gambon version cleverly uses what people are saying against them, so the actor must convey the right inflection to make Dumbledore seem cool saying it.
Chamber of Secrets (Harris): "It appears that the chamber has indeed been opened, and Hogwarts is no longer safe."
Order of the Phoenix (Gambon): (Slightly condescendingly) "I find it quite ironic how your solution is to get rid of teachers, thus limiting the education at Hogwarts. Is that really improving the learning of the students?"
Goblet of Fire (Gambon): (Furiously) "Did you put your name into the Goblet of Fire? Did you have an older student put it in for you?"
