Kato is a pro-hero and teacher at UA. He's kind and patient, however when he gets mad- he gets REALLY mad.

Quirk : He can turn into a giant hound creature, up to the size of the UA school. He can also shoot out flames, however this takes a lot of focus. If overused, he gains the mental state of a puppy.

  • *Bark, make dog/wolf-like noises.*

  • "Alright students, how to be a hero 101--- you have to want to save people." (He's saying this to the whole class, but is focusing on one person in particular.)
