All of those demons roaming the streets reminded me of my older days. I guess doing the right thing CAN be somewhat fun... But you know... [When hit with a spell by Daerus meant to put him into a nightmarish state, Gondover cancels its effects and brings Taber to a pocket inside of his mind, where Gondover resides. "So you're the embodiment of Gondover, huh?"] That would be right, kid. (Pause) You're lucky I at least kinda like you enough to have reverted Daerus' spell and brought you here instead. And like I said back at the Sleepy Trout... you'll have to use me sooner or later.

[Taber asks the catch for using Gondover's power against Daerus.] (Comically agitated, slightly) Dear Hephast, kid, you're just FULL of questions. (Pause) There's no catch this time around.
