Rin, is Akira's older sister. Ever since they were kids she stayed away from her sister because the demon Yami possessed her. Rin looked everywhere for answers but no matter where she went she didn't find anything that would help her get rid of the demon. One day she was told about the Kingdom of Adonis, whose king knew about the demon better than anyone else. She flees to the kingdom without telling her sister. When she heard about the tournament that was going on she joined and made sure that she was in the top three.  Rin becomes good friends Aria but she stays away from her. The demon Yami seemed eager to kill Aria so the demon takes over Rin bit by bit. Rin eventually tells Aria what's going on. Even though Aria knows Rin might kill her she decides to help Rin regain her freedom
