Chidogu is considered a "test" by Lord Dragun to see what sort of resistance on Earth they may have to deal with. He has the ability to crush gigantic building into rubble within seconds and form them into giant balls to walk on, which will grow bigger as anything gets caught into them.

I'm not particularly sure what kind of voice to go with, so it's up to VA interpretation based on his appearance. Sound good? Great. Try a few different styles if you don't mind. The more the merrier. Just don't get carried away.
