Ritsuko is a recent idol-turned-producer, ready to take the lead and do her best for the girls in 765 Pro. Although she's commonly exhausted trying to keep up with the younger girl's antics, she provides a "cool aunt" type role to the group's dynamic.
Her voice should be somewhat loud and confident. I imagine something that takes inspiration from Velma (Scooby-Doo) would fit her well.
