Kyubey is an enigmatic but adorable creature who recruits magical girls by creating a contract with them but hides ulterior motives for doing so. Its voice should be very cutesy (in a manufactured way, if that makes sense), even in dire circumstances. Think of a child but without childlike speech patterns. Kyubey is technically genderless but has a more female-sounding voice than male.
