This is an extra character, voice, that has a few lines in episode 2 of: The MRU Chronicles animated visual novel.  You can check out episode 1 of the visual novel here:

to get an idea of what things will look like for episode 2.  During the scene in the hangar bay of the large starship you can occasionally hear a background voice.  This is similar to what the voice will sound like for episode 2.

This is a voice that will be heard over loudspeakers in the hangar bay of the large starship Vanguard.
