He should sound like a tired middle aged man. His voice should be a bit raspy and strained, as though speaking is difficult for him. He should sound like he's fighting something inside, and come off as a bit rude at times. he should also sound as though he something is wrong with his mouth that forces him to have a lisp. Kinda like talking without using your lips. He is often grim and tired when speaking.
