Logermeister for Tom Hutchinson
Tom Hutchinson is one of the two main anchors for The YouToplius Scoop - The #1 Daily News Program for all Creators and Creations!
Essentially, it's his job to handle "Breaking News" reports as they come in (For example, a certain demon causing havoc in Central Avenue via splitting cars in half).
He's just a kind, middle-aged man (Late 40s to Early 50s, give or take) that loves doing his job as a News Anchor - to the point where he tends to overly show his true thoughts / emotions on camera, based on the story in question (Showing genuine fear when people's lives are at risk, for example).
As for his voice, I can imagine him sounding like a typical news anchor - Chip Chapley from Cyanide and Happiness, for example.

[Nervous, but trying to keep his composure] Authorities have claimed that they're still on the look out for the suspect, but they have also issued a statement saying that "All Creations and Creators should remain indoors and avoid confrontation with them at all costs".

Honestly, I really like this "ol' man" take of Tom - especially with the last line! So, welcome aboard! Also, about your H0tHead take... It may have been too late (ngl, i think i got the notification just as soon as I hit "cast" for soop), but the gd microwave sound effects got me crackin' up when I heard them--
