I'm looking for someone to oversee and manage most parts of this production, and to tend to it when I'm absent. Deadlines, the state of the cast members, breaking of the rules, its up to you to handle it.

- You need to fire someone for their inappropriate behavior and their inability to listen to their superiors. How would you break it to them?

- You'd like to quit a project because of school and lack of time or motivation. How would you explain it?
