Kotomine apparently has the same power as his Fate/Stay Night counterpart, to be inferred from comment in the game that if he were the player's opponent, Hakuno would already be dead.”

Director’s Notes: Even though he’s a priest and a helper AI, he gives off a condescending and suspicious vibe when he speaks. In reality he was a villain, but the AI is only set to oversee the war while administering tips and advice.
