Bels for Gil Pelagus
Gil is a Water-Skipper, or a fish-person. She is the leader of the Sea Division, an underwater civilization. She is uptight and opinionated. She appears in Episode 5 and onward.
Her voice is medium-pitched, with a strong, aged tone. She speaks with reason, and tries not reveal too much through her voice. She can easily drop this façade when upset.

[Gil decides that political corruption is the way to go.]
"Begone with our rules! We must change, to fight off future threats." (Strong, stern)
[Gil senses something. She tells her people to get their weapons ready.]
"There is a disturbance. I can feel it. Ready your weapons!" (Orderly, strained)
[Gil wants her turn to speak. She says this very rudely.]
"I will not wait any longer for you to keep talking." (Angry, stern)
