Don't be afraid to really take your time; you kept saying "weird race race" instead of "rare race," which is totally a common mistake, but is something that a potential client will notice immediately. I also noticed your articulation was suffering slightly because of this quick pacing, so slowing down and REALLY taking your time is definitely a good idea! Aside from that, I like the projection, but make sure your breaths are all planned and articulate throughout. Good job!
