*I want Them to have the same voice actor, with Frisk having a soft an cute voice, and Chara with an evil, slow and a voice that is a little deeper than Frisk's*
Frisk doesn't have a personality, since their actions decide on what the player does.
You can argue whether Chara is evil or not, but from what I got from the game (Asriel and the Secret Tapes) they hate humanity and is kinda very suicidal.
(Frisk: softly and confused)
