A highly adept mage and puppet master in her thirties; she also owns the detective agency Shiki, Mikiya, and Azaka are employed in. Touko is generally friendly, if not a little nonchalant, but has a bad habit of smoking and suddenly becoming overly-serious to fit her own agenda.

I'm looking for someone with a mid-to-low vocal range who can embody her "cool mom" character type, and a laidback line delivery.
