He is one of the villains part of the KAOS evil organization. He was seen wearing a black jacket, but then later, he wore a black suit of robot armor as he is now known as “The Black Duke of Darkness”. Inside the armor, it showed different various weapons that he used to try to fight against Agent X (A.K.A. Frank Rogers (in TV pitch)/Frank Drake Kudo (in RP version)). Back then, it was shown that he has worked for both the evil German army and the Russian army undercover to try to take over the whole world. Not only that, but after he was fired from the Organization of Top Spies due to damaging some people on a mission back in the near future, he is on the run as well just like Lime Hoban. As it turns out, revealed near the end of S7 story arc (The Fall of L.O.V.E. and K.A.O.S.), it was revealed to be Frank from the future.
