He is seen as one of the closest allies with Norman the Scalpel back then as that after the killer was arrested back then in FR:PD, he decides to plan to prepare to get vengeance against Frank on for what he did as well as to plan to prepare to make sure to get vengeance as well as to try to hurt him and everyone he cares about. So, he decides to plan to gather some info and break into the OTS in order to find out who his identity is as well alongside placing bombs to try to kill everyone off.
