An evil villain who does some different fighting styles who plans to take over Grand Island also. He also owns a pet tiger named Emily. He has some nunchucks that he uses as weapons. His personality is intelligent and he is very capable of his job being an evil genius, mean and manipulative, but he always ends up foiled by the agents some few times. He is the secondary antagonist in the Agent X series (in seasons 1-3).
