He is an evil super genius. He is best described as unbeatable. He’s very powerful and does things like being invisible, flying, has super strength and super speed. He originally came from Spain. He wanted to be originally an inventor. But then, one day, an invention of his got stolen after trying to get it into the science fair. After that, he vowed to the government that he will get them back for what they did. He is even a bigger evil genius than both Dr. Johnson and Scar. His personality is that he’s intolerant, patronizing, self-indulgent, tactical, and is inventive. He’s a new main antagonist for seasons 4-6 along with Dr. Johnson and Scar (who were main villains throughout seasons 1-3)
