They are a circus performer and have their own haunted house located in the park as well. They only attack the player because they see them as a threat and they recognize them from long ago. They eventually become friendly and join the player's side. 

Showstopper Puppet function:

The main area they are found: The Haunted Mad Horror House attraction. 

They carry a large mallet and are the fastest of all the animatronics. They use the mallet to break through walls. There are music boxes throughout the park, wind them, they all slow down Showstopper Puppet for a bit of time. They lose interest somewhat easily.
