You keep putting a lid on the volume so all your louder lines have a whispered quality to them. Your voice sounded just fine on the fear line where you didn't need to make it loud. Were you trying not to shout because there were others in the house at the time of recording? There are great intensity and I think it would had sounded very nice if it wasn't held back.
