She's just overall pretty socially awkward and jumpy, so her voice should be similar. Oh yeah, and she's also apparently a masochist who wants to be treated as nothing but a dog? Pretty weird.

"M-m-my name is Agari! It's n-n-n... nice to meet y-y-you!"
(Listing her shortcomings to herself, felling pretty down.)
"I'm nervous, and I'm not cute, and I'm a little chubby, short-legged and near-sighted. I'm awful at introducing myself, and I tremble everywhere I go, and I never raise my hand. I'm pathetic."
(Jumpy and frightened.)
"W-why is Komi staring at me? It's s-scary! Have I done something wrong?!"
