GIANT. Deep. A slow mysterious cadence to the voice.
This giant ends up shrinking in the story. I included an audition line where he speaks after his metamorphosis. :) This would have a more normal conversational feel. Less GIANT. Can have a touch of a north american country accent.
(Slow pace) I see you, boy. No use hiding. You know I could signal Grog with a single stroke of this bell.
(Slow pace) Oh, a bribe? Your time is wasting boy. My hand is on the rope now.
(Normal Paced Voice) Children, I reckon I have sinned against you both. I ain’t sure you recognize me… all the years being a giant an’ all. Well I was the principle of Bayfield School District before you were grown up enough to remember well. I suppose I tried to runaway from Bayfield thinkin’ it would be easier up here. A new beginning and carefree. It was always my duty to watch over this city... and though my eyes were steady, my heart was far away.
