Sean Letourneau for Neil
Neil is one of the gang's other next door neighbors and is married to Sarah. He's 25 years old, is pretty level headed, he's into the punk/grunge scene, can come across as apathetic but is really not, and wants the best for everyone, even though he has his limits. Also has a natural Northern accent and dialect but isn't at that level where it can be confused as a Canadian accent.
(is introducing himself to the neighbors who have just asked to borrow his car) Um, well, nice to meet you guys. I’m Neil and uh… what happened to that van you had?
(is reminding his wife that he just paid off their car and that it's crazy to give the neighbors their car keys (especially if they just met)) Sarah, I just paid off the car and we JUST met them.
(sighs and says this under his breath after letting his wife convince him into letting the neighbors use the car again) You are too nice, Sarah.
