Leon is a master field operative in combat and technology. He's called in for special missions that involve dastardly Pokemon that plan to use their powers for evil. He's very eccentric and loves messing with gadgets, but he also has a large appreciation for the arts. He is very friendly and likes to help out Pokemon in need, thus taking a particular liking to a struggling orphanage in the neighborhood. He likes to entertain and inspire the children there.
"(flattered) Well, it is an honor to be in the presence of such bright and energetic children."
