The Kounts are a team of cybernetic, vampiric super-criminals. Over the course of time, their A.I. have hyper-evolved and allowed them to express individual personalities. 

Tritur represents III. He's the wild card of the group, specializing in an uncoordinated attack pattern. As for his personality, he's basically the younger, dumber member of the group.
