The Kounts are a team of cybernetic, vampiric super-criminals. Over the course of time, their A.I. have hyper-evolved and allowed them to express individual personalities. 

Tesser represents IV. He has such a fondness for life and a super peachy outlook! I mean, just look at his audition lines.
