Bobble Hat is a cheerful, happy-go-lucky, carefree Inkling, constantly sporting an innocent grin on her face. Unlike most of her teammates, she seems to find Goggles’ antics funny rather than annoying (and sometimes she joins in!). She often laughs in the face of danger, seemingly finding pretty much every situation funny or exciting, regardless of the actual consequences.
