Timmy/Timothy is the son of Mister Caritat. It is the same person, when he is called "Timmy" he is a child and when he is called "Timothy" is a young adult. So for this role you will have to be able to do both voices.
During the quest, Timmy finds a dark spoon in Mr. Caritat's study, which he uses to cast a fireball before Mr. Caritat takes it away. Later, they find the spoon after having been attacked by a strange evil creature. Finally, at the end of the quest, Timmy is killed with the rest of the family when Mr. Caritat goes insane and burns down the mansion.
Some of his lines are him speaking through a corrupted voice (When he casts the fireball with the dark spoon), you are free to add as much emotion to this as you want. This is though not necessary since we can do a lot with sound editing.
