Hideki Kagarin, better known as the Ultimate Cosmologist, is son to a successful business mogul in the aerospace industry. Like his father, he holds a rather blatant distaste for men while seeing women in a much higher regard, due in part to a sheltered upbringing. Though he strives to keep his composure, he is easily caught off guard by genuine acts of kindness, more so if it is from a male classmate.
Vocally:
A medium to high male vocal range. A pronounced Russian accent, but not to the point of being thick or stereotypical.
