the world, especially after the death of her husband. She’s a no nonsense kind of person, but is
also warm and caring to Henry.

(Arguing with Henry) You think you know what the outside world is like, but you don’t. I’ve seen what desperate people will do to stay alive one more day. And nowadays, if you’re breathing, you’re desperate.
(Demeaning Claire) They’re too dangerous to be trusted. You should’ve struck when they were weaker.
