Ronnie is a reacurring character but won't necessarily be in all episodes. Once Eloise starts to travel deeper into Somnia he'll show up less.

He acts very childish despite being a fairly old resident of Somnia. He gets excited very easily and always tries to put a smile on everyone's face. He sees the light in even the most darkest of days.
