A burly Mobian Walrus with fur on his chest and all the warmth in the world to provide. Rotor was called Boomer in his youth, and was and still is VERY well known for his knack for fiddling with machines. Just like Tails, he was a prodigy, and as such, develops most things with him while trying to find a purpose in life. On top of all that, his family history, no matter where you look, has always been rusty, and as such, has to keep away from them to be his true self.
Now we're into the more clear cut and dry characters in terms of voices. I just have one in mind, (which again, no one-to-one emulation required) and that is:
