A local jester. She's always around doing something wacky or making painfully unfunny jokes. As a spinel, it is quite odd for a gem type like her to be anywhere on the surface let alone a shanty town like Dimmer. No one knows where she came from or why she's there, but she's seemed to gain a local following in the humble dimmer town and is welcomed for the most part.
