The Narrator is a classic and essential element in the Grinch tale we know and love. Omniscient and only slightly biased, they provide the timeless commentary that made the original an instant classic. In this short adaptation, I am open to a male or female narrator. The only true qualifications are that you have a clear and distinct speaking voice that suits this type of reading.

  • "The Grinch hated Christmas- the whole Christmas season. Oh, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason. It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. But I think that the most likely reason of all, may have been that his heart was two sizes too small...

  • "And what happened, then? Well, in Whoville they say that the Grinch's small heart grew three sizes that day. And then the true meaning of Christmas came through, and the Grinch found the strength of ten Grinches- plus two!"

Thank you for auditioning, however, auditions closed on November 8th. Out of respect to those who auditioned before the deadline, your audition will not be considered. I'm very sorry.

When I turned in my audition last night, the deadline said the 11th, which is today. I was just wondering when did this happen? No hard feelings, just a bit confused.

The initial deadline was the 11th, however I had to move it up due to a higher volume of auditions than I expected. The posted deadline on the project says November 8th and has said so since the 6th. I apologize if there was some kind of glitch on CCC, but that is outside of my control. There is also a project update that notes this change. Again, I apologize for the inconvience.
