Hades was created when Static knew Void was knowing more people and had the feeling that he was planning something against him so, he created a way powerful humanoid bomb if someday Void wanted revenge and someway was stronger than Static itself. That's why he also uses his DNA because he had the idea to create the perfect vessel, tall, strong, smart, and with the same abilities. 

When the Muz'uko thing came off, Static thought in using Hades for his incredible strength and for how op he was, he gave him the ability to be able to detect these creatures, and just like Ven's bomb (the yellow one, which he will come later in the story), he's able to kill these creatures without those special weapons (thanks to bottelo and his own power that gave Hades)

There's not much about him, thanks to that Hades has Static DNA he was emotionless but just like Static species, these "emotionless" personalities can be broken but the feeling of love that he got from Lalona. 

Hades is also married to Lalona, which they are happy and in love. (only to each other) 

Static can use him as a puppet whenever he wants, like powerful hypnosis but he's the only one that can do that to him.

Hades tone is a bass tone (low voice)
