Multiple roles will be cast for this, and you can use/say more lines than what are provided! As there are three areas, one line will be for an NPC from each area: The Field, the Forest, and the Great Board. Not all of them have to sound certain ways, but I would definitely prefer for the Field NPCs to sound the most diverse and different from one another, the Forest NPCs to sound very enchanting and the most nostalgia-inducing(inspire voices off of old children's movies from VHS tapes.), and the Great Board NPCs to sound like celebrities and famous people! Kind of like an area-wide dialect.
Field NPC, Topchef: [a distraught tone with probably an exaggerated Italian accent] Mama miba! I'm Topchef! My latest cake worked me to exhaustion! So I took a little nap... But, Mama miba! A scary noise woke me up! A beast was hunched on the table, eating the cake like an animal! I spritzed it with water, and it hissed and ran off! But, my wonderful cake is... [you can possibly improv him breaking into a full-on sob over his creation's destruction]
Great Board NPC, Mr. Elegance: [one of the few Great Board NPC's with a non-posh accent, instead a very chill and easy-going American one, possibly with a drawl even] Woah there, horsie. Ponmen're scary, but all'n they're doin' is following the King. Us on the Board used to have our own boss... those'n were peaceful times. But now, even the boss's been reduced to the King's peon.
Forest NPC, Royal Coat Rack: [with a happy go lucky voice, probably a little dopey sounding] You folks look like heroes! Take the scarf from this chest and defeat the king!
