Penelope is the youngest member of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse. Although kind-hearted to everyone she meets, she has a sister-like bond with the older Pashmina, always being close to her wherever she goes! She also loves her yellow blanket that she wears, and is almost never seen without it! Penelope is also at the early age where she cannot talk like the other Ham-Hams, and is only capable of saying these three cute words... "Ookwee!" "Ookyoo!" and "Ookwaa!". And unfortunately, being younger and less-experienced than the other Ham-Hams, her curiosity often lures her into trouble, and often requires her Clubhouse friends to rescue her whenever she's in a sticky situation! But hey, you can't get mad at her. She is only young, after all!
