He always sounds like he's fed up with everyone and talks in a very blunt tone.

(Warning: The actor needs to sound like a younger version of the character at times.)

  • "Raven, you don't have to keep treating me like a kid anymore. I'm old enough to get a part-time job to help you pay for the bills."

  • "I didn't wait too long, maybe just 15 minutes? I was pretty spaced out so I couldn't really tell how long I've been waiting."

  • (Younger): "Leave her alone you bully!"

      Hmm... Not that I have completely in mind. I did listen to it again to give you an answer, I think whenever you're auditioning for a character with a "young" version of their voice you could try a "higher" or energetic pitch. Just an opinion. And if you're wondering, no this will not reduce your chances of getting the role. :)
