Smoker is a seasoned Marine soldier, infamous among his organization for his loose cannon tendencies and obstinate, rebellious attitude towards even his superiors. He is an extremely serious and gruff man, and has very rarely been shown to smile. Smoker's perception of justice allows him to be flexible regarding who he can view as an ally or not. This usually leads to him allying with the Straw-hat pirates even though he loathes them. Has a mid to low gruff voice.
