He is one of the supporting villains and son of Luther Nevrakis and brother of Diavolos and Zenobia. Much like his father he is sadistic and cruel and hurting anyone who is not helpful to his plans and reveling in inflicting pain to other people. He is also a very spoiled son. 

Any accent is fine surprise me, but if you can give him a british or american accent that would be much appreciated too.
